Nora Specializes in Commercial Sales and Leasing. She has a Broker license and a degree in Business Administration from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Prior to her involvement in Commercial Real Estate, Nora has worked as a Consultant / Recruiter for Middle and Senior Managerial positions for Consumer Goods, Pharmaceutical, Telecommunication and Advertising Companies.

She joined NAI Horizon in July of 2002 as a Sales Agent and Assistant to Frank Elam, and shortly afterwards together they set up Vegas Valley Commercial to provide their professional services to a select group of clients.

Nora is a hands-on and result oriented person. She would be able to address your inquiries whenever they relate to Commercial property buying, selling or leasing.

Frank, partner, has a Broker and Property Management license. His real estate experience started in California, which included ownership of a Realty World office in Oakland. In Nevada Frank was with NAI/Americana Commercial for 10 years until setting up Vegas Valley Commercial office in 2002.

Frank’s background includes 40 years of service in the United States Army Reserve specializing in Criminal Investigation in the capacity of investigator and staff officer. He is also retired from the Oakland Police Department with 20 years of service as a Sergeant of Police. In his spare time Frank ran a dry cleaning business for 10 years in California. Frank has now narrowed his interests down and has only one aim and that is to help you with your Commercial Real Estate requirements.

Andy joined Vegas Valley Commercial in November 2005, and is involved in new business development and buyer representation.

Andy has worked for over 25 years in Sales, Marketing and General Management in the United States, Europe and the Middle East for multinational consumer goods companies such as Procter & Gamble, Tambrands, Warner Lambert, and Olayan Financing Co. His experience includes all aspects of general management covering sales, marketing, logistics, organizational development, and P&L management. Andy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Marketing from Northeastern University of Boston, Massachusetts.
